Helping Families in Need

· The D.O.G.S. and the Cub Scouts will be making sandwiches for people in need this holiday season. Please consider joining in the fun on December 10 th at 3 p.m. in the Glendale Multi-Purpose Room to help reach the goal of 1,000 sandwiches! Learn more about this effort at http://www.363days.org/. This is a non-religious or organization affiliated event. IMPORTANT: PARTICIPANTS ARE ASKED TO BRING AT LEAST THE FOLLOWING PER STUDENT:
· Meat: 2 packages of unopened, pre-packaged turkey, chicken or turkey bologna products.
· Cheese: one package of cheese (at least a 20 pack).
· Bread : 2 loaves of bread. *You will be making about 20 sandwiches per child, so bring enough meat, cheese and bread accordingly. *The scouts will be providing gloves and hair nets.
